Site Search: If you know the product name (i.e. hygromycin) or our catalog item code (i.e. H-1012), enter it in the “Site Search” box on the home page. This will result in a list of products containing the alpha or numeric string keyed. Review and select the appropriate item to access the full product data page and to place your order.

NOTE: Do not use * or other wildcards. If you are not coming up the results you need, try entering just a portion of the product name (example: instead of cis-trans-Abscisic Acid, try just Abscisic). Product numbers only require the 1st alpha and next 4 numeric characters. (Example: only key P-1033 or P1033, do not key P-1033-100MG). Including the size designator (100mg) will end in 0 results.

By Product Line (Area of Research): You can narrow down your product search by selecting from the product line listing along left side of the home page. This will bring up a listing of sub product categories, select the “all products” option or one of the other sub-categories to access an alphabetic listing of products in this category. Scroll and select a product to access the product detail page & place your order.

Popular Categories: This is a quick way to jump to our most popular product categories quickly. It will bring you to an alphabetical listing of products in that particular category. If the product category you want isn’t listed as a popular category, simply type it in the Site Search box to get to it quickly.

View All Products: So you’ve tried typing in the name or portions of the name in the search box and still cannot locate the product you need? Try the “View All Products” button. This will take you to an alphabetic listing of all Biochemicals.net’s products available online. Scroll to locate. For your convenience, this option is available on all product pages.

Biochemicals.net does provide quantity discounts. Bulk price discounts start at 5 times the largest catalog size. (Example 1: The catalog size is 100 grams. Bulk discounts would start at anything greater than 5 X 100 gram or 500 grams). Biochemicals.net also provides discounts for standing orders or draw orders. Example 2: The catalog size is 100 grams. Your lab uses 100 grams each month. You place a standing or draw order for 12 x 100 gram, you receive a bulk discount and we ship only 1 x 100 gram each month).

Yes. All you need to do is send us an email as soon as possible. (We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.) Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available, and the product you want to cancel. If the shipping process is already complete, refer to our return policy for additional information. Restocking charges may apply.

Biochemicals.net ships all products that have storage condition of +4°C, -20°C or -80°C in an insulated foam cooler with blue ice (dry ice for -80°) via an overnight courier. A charge of US $25 is placed on all orders shipped in the United States. All products shipping internationally ship via International Priority Courier at a cost of $45 / shipment, and packaging includes insulated foam cooler and blue/dry ice when required. All customs, duties, and tax charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Most likely Yes. Almost all Biochemicals.net catalog items can be ordered on-line. There may be a slight lag time with new product additions being updated onto the E-commerce web site. Just enter the product number, package size and quantity in the comment field of the order form and we'll automatically add it to your order. Bulk quantities are a custom request and their price & availability must be confirmed prior to ordering.

Yes. If you do not currently have an account with Biochemicals.net, simply enter "New Account" in the Comments field of the order form. Our Customer Service Department will verify your shipping and billing information. Within 24 hours, Biochemicals.net will contact you regarding your intended use of our products. A New Account Application form will be faxed or emailed, to you. Upon receipt of the completed form, your account will become active and your order will be shipped.
